Stand as tall as you can without slouching and don't have your legs to far apart from each other, then using a tape measure, measure from the base of your feet to the reference point.

BUST MEASUREMENT

Using a tape measure, measure the fullest part of you bust and make sure the tape measure is under your arms.

CHEST MEASUREMENT Using a tape measure, measure the fullest part of you chest and make sure the tape measure is under your arms.

WAIST MEASUREMENT Stand up straight and exhale then grab a tape measure and wrap it around your wait which is just above your hip bones. Make sure it isn't wrapped to tight or to loose and take a reading.
